During the kayak meditation you open yourself to your senses as you paddle between rocks on the open sea in the wonderful light of the morning sun and swim in the clear water.
In a waterfall ritual you will accept yourself in your original naturalness – and in body painting you can integrate these hidden parts.

A herb woman of modern time
She does not collect money,
but herbs in the meadows of the world,
which she eats and then breathes,
dries or smokes,
to feel the effect
and then stirs recipes.
In her herb kitchen
she teaches the hungry and the curious,
top chefs and the very difficult.
And what she cooks
then transforms the herbal juice
into physical strength.
And then the agony fades,
spirals
and without rushing,
suddenly loud shreds fly.
She then smiles quietly to herself
and lets everyone be in their own universe.
But the timetable is full
and the horde thinks it’s great to take
the themes
without feeling ashamed.
