MOVING FROM THE HEAD TO THE HEART
In this training you will experience a more mature dimension of love by combining heart, sensuality and meditation and incorporating empathy, sensitivity and the ability to be alone.
We learn to accompany participants in their transformation processes in seminars and individual sessions in order to discover deeper levels of their being.
Elements from counceling help us to hold the space while remaining centered and open.
You will receive tools to create a mindful space for yourself from which you can accompany others in inviting fulfilling intimacy and conscious love relationships into their lives.
If you want to change something in your life and bring more awareness into your professional life, you can learn to connect with the essence of life in this training.

Details of the Love is Life Training
The Love is Life training comprises a total of 37 seminar days, which are divided into the following modules:
- 4.5-day personal development workshops in Germany
- 7-day vacation workshops in Greece and Portugal
- 3-part training seminar: With roots and wings (once a year) to learn techniques to accompany people mindfully and competently in individual sessions and workshops.
The training is suitable for anyone who is interested in the path of love and sensuality and values a life of depth, integrity and truth – and would like to teach this path to others.
This holistic approach with a new perspective on love and life connects body, feeling and spirit and enables you to accompany other people.
Participation in the Love is Life training enables you to join the art of love team as an assistant and to lead evenings and weekend workshops yourself.
Spersa
TRAINING DURATION AND SCHEDULE
The duration of the training depends entirely on how much time you can devote to it each year. It is advisable to plan at least 3 years for this.
The workshops build on each other and if you have already completed a workshop, you can skip it.
If a date is difficult for you or you do not have enough vacation days available, there is the possibility to postphone a workshop to the next year.
