We often choose isolation and superficiality without true fulfillment instead of opening the door and recognizing what is preventing us from allowing deep intimacy.
Become more aware of how touching physical and emotional closeness can arise – without freezing up or covering up your fears.
By bringing more clarity to the subtle issues around intimacy – such as the fear of rejection or the challenge of setting healthy boundaries – we develop emotional maturity.
