Explore how your masculine and feminine energies relate to each other: do you deny, dominate, or manipulate aspects of one or the other – or do they support each other?
The feminine aspects of the man complement his masculine qualities and give him inspiration, creativity and empathy. Conversely, the woman’s femininity is enriched by the masculine aspect, which gives her clarity, direction and decision-making ability.
If you recognize both sides of yourself, a harmonious dance is created in the encounter that allows consciousness and aliveness to merge – enjoy the feeling of inner oneness.

Your relationships reflect your inner relationship between male and female characteristics.
Develop your self-awareness as a man or woman and you will meet the opposite sex with more understanding.
As on the inside, so on the outside: your outer relationships are a mirror of your inner relationship with yourself!

Discover anima and animus and explore your inner man and your inner woman in a playful way – and their inner relationship to each other.
As your insights deepen, you will meet others from an inner connection with yourself.
Both parts shape the way we feel, act and relate – regardless of our external gender.
We can allow closeness when the male and female parts of you learn to live together in harmony and complement each other instead of having to separate from each other.
If your Anima can help your Animus and vice versa – then an integration will begin within you, then Anima and Animus will merge into one another – you are whole again.

When you evaluate parts of your femininity or masculinity, you overshadow them – these can also be positive sides of yourself that you don’t dare to live.
In order to live relationships in truthfulness, liveliness and magic, you have to stop hiding. We often only let the tip of the iceberg be seen and are still guided by hidden, unconscious shadows.
DISTINGUISH PROJECTION FROM REALITY
What we discover in relationships is a mirror for how we deal with the opposite sex within ourselves. These are often deeply hidden mechanisms – and what we carry within us influences what we look for on the outside.
By taking back the projections and acknowledging your own issues, you can integrate lost feminine and masculine aspects – and feel more complete.
