Sonnenberg Seminar House is an old, renovated country house, transformed into a light-filled space for connection and spiritual growth.
Surrounded by a large garden, forest, and meadows, it is an ideal setting for seminars. In a meditative atmosphere, you’ll find space for inner growth and self-realization.
COZY GUEST ROOMS WITH BATHROOM
The comfortably furnished guest rooms all have their own bathrooms, each with its own unique charm.
There are plenty of rooms available: you can choose to stay alone, share a double or twin room with a partner, or even share a room with several participants.
SPACIOUS AND BRIGHT SEMINAR ROOM
The large seminar room features a wooden floor and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the surrounding greenery.
We look out over a sprawling, natural garden that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The mature trees and lush surroundings make the house a serene retreat.

During workshop breaks, you can sit with friends and enjoy a cappuccino, or relax in one of the secluded corners of the garden.
It’s a garden to arrive in, take a deep breath, and feel completely at ease.

The bright winter garden houses the dining and common area with views of the garden.
The deliciously prepared vegetarian buffets offer something for everyone, and special attention is given to your dietary restrictions.
NEW YEAR’S EVE MIDNIGHT BUFFET
During the New Year’s seminar, a tantric ritual will prepare us for the transition into the new year, which we will then celebrate together with fireworks and sparkling wine.
Afterwards, a midnight buffet awaits, where we can sit together and enjoy the evening in a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.
