Hollerbühl on the elderberry hill
The Hollerbühl seminar house is an old converted farmhouse in the middle of the picturesque landscape of the Hotzenwald in the southern Black Forest.
The house is a lovingly renovated energetic sanctuary with an atmosphere for inner growth and encounters. It has been renovated with a lot of heart and attention to detail using natural construction methods – with high-quality furnishings and lots of charm.
Embedded in Rural surroundings
It is in a wonderfully peaceful location in the middle of nature – a special place to arrive, feel good and recharge your batteries. Be inspired by the sublime expanse, tranquillity and green diversity.
Meadows, tranquil moors and high plateaus, light-flooded, species-rich forests and Celtic cult sites, as well as spiritual places of power, invite you to discover, marvel and pause for a moment.
A house with history and heart
The friendly and clear rooms are each furnished with small individual touches. There is a conservatory and a room with a fireplace where you can retreat.
Two single rooms are available in cozy, converted trailers – all to yourself, surrounded by greenery (if the house is full).
Vegetarian full board
In the large dining area with terrace and viewinto the old farm garden, there is room for fellowship, laughter, conversation, experiencing nature – and good, vegetarian food, of course!
If you have any food intolerances, these can be catered for. Just let us know in advance and we will pass it on to the chefs.
Seminar room – space for encounters
The group room with floor-to-ceiling windows to the garden and an oiled cherry parquet floor with underfloor heating is ideal for our workshops, the room is bright, open and clear.
It is a feel-good place: Here it can be light and lively – or quiet and deep. A place that provides space – for community as well as for retreat.
Arrival and location
Hollerbühl is located in the Hotzenwald, on the edge of the village of Schmalenberg, a district of the municipality of Dachsberg – in the middle of the southern Black Forest in the center of the Freiburg im Breisgau, Basel and Zurich triangle.
The nearest, larger town of St. Blasien is easily accessible by public transport .
