Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the booked seminar date, we will charge a processing fee of € 120 and an additional € 300 accommodation fee for the trip to India; if we offer alternative dates for the same seminar, these can be arranged with us.

If you cancel 7-30 days before the start of the seminar, we will charge 40% of the seminar price and any seminar house fees, which vary depending on the seminar house; if in doubt, please contact the respective seminar house.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the seminar, non-attendance or termination of the seminar will result in the full seminar fee and cancellation fees being charged by the seminar house.

If we have to cancel, you will of course be refunded all payments. If the course does not take place, you will be informed immediately in writing or by telephone. Each participant is responsible for their own arrival and departure and if a seminar is canceled, no flights or travel expenses can be reimbursed by us. Further claims are excluded.

Cancellation insurance

Seminar cancellation insurance can be taken out with various insurance companies close to the date of the seminar booking.

Liability

Participants undertake not to disclose the personal interests of other participants to third parties and to maintain their personal and professional integrity.

Participants are aware that the seminar requires an openness to their own biographical and emotional processes.Participation in all seminars and supporting programs is always at the participant’s own risk. I understand the instructions of the seminar leaders as suggestions, the execution of which I decide myself. I indemnify the seminar leaders, organizers and hosts from liability claims and accept liability for any damage I cause to myself or other persons or things. If I am undergoing psychotherapeutic treatment or have other health problems, I will inform the seminar management.

The course does not replace psychotherapeutic or medical treatment!
If you are undergoing therapy, please clarify with us in good time whether participation makes sense. If a participant does not have a sufficient degree of self-responsibility during the seminar so as not to disrupt the group process, the group leader has the right to exclude the person from the seminar at any time.

We accept no liability for the loss of valuables.

Participation in the seminar is for my own personal development and I agree not to use the exercises, material and techniques taught in the art of love seminars to teach others until I have completed the entire training and associated assists.

Place of jurisdiction

The general place of jurisdiction for all contractual relationships is Freiburg.
