Spersa was born in Munich, Germany, and with over thirty years of experience as a therapist, she has developed the ability to support people in living their full potential. She inspires all those who wish to follow the path of conscious love and who value a life of depth, integrity, and truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 1984, she has guided thousands of individuals on their personal journeys, with a special focus on deep experience and personal transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the founder of Body & Soul – Institute for Consciousness and Meditation<\/em> in Waldkirch near Freiburg, I successfully established a private practice for massage and holistic bodywork as well as a yoga and meditation studio with a wide range of workshops in 1991. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My dream of combining body-oriented individual work with group-based transformation work has come true.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creating new spaces for personal and spiritual growth is my fulfillment.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What began in 1997 with the first tantra events at Body & Soul<\/em> has developed into internationally recognized tantra workshops all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For several years I experienced a deeply transformative time at the OSHO International Meditation Resort, India as a facilitator for heart, intimacy and tantra workshops at the Osho Multiversity. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has inspired me to explore and deepen the spiritual dimension of Tantra more and more. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, tantric consciousness is essentially about allowing real closeness and intimate encounters that arise from a deep heart connection and are supported by presence and trust. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This allows you to feel sexual energy – and at the same time remain conscious, relaxed and wide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
